Admin Documentation

The Admin section allows administrators to manage all aspects of the platform.
Admins can access all admin features directly from the navigation bar by clicking the “Admin” button.

Admins have full control over materials, users, blog posts, companies, reports, and certificates.

Features Overview

1. Materials Management

Admins can manage materials.

  • Create new materials
  • Read and view materials
  • Delete materials that are outdated or irrelevant

2. User Management

Admins can handle user-related operations.

  • Read user profiles
  • Update user information
  • Delete users when necessary
  • Gift Membership to users as part of promotions or rewards

3. Blog Posts Management

Admins have control over all articles and posts on the platform.

  • Publish articles for public view
  • Unpublish articles temporarily
  • Reject articles that don’t meet content standards

4. Company Management

Admins oversee company profiles and their verification status.

  • Verify legitimate companies
  • Unverify companies if needed
  • Reject company requests that don’t meet requirements

5. Reports & Analytics

Admins can view and analyze platform data and company performance.

  • Access visual reports (e.g., bar graphs) displaying company statistics and performance metrics

6. Certificate Management

Admins manage certificates and their linkage to companies.

  • Create, update, or delete certificates
  • Manage company-related certificates for validation and compliance

Access Level

Only users with Admin privileges can access these features.
The admin dashboard and controls are available under the Admin button in the top navigation bar.
